The modular design allows for unprecedented flexibility in shaping your booth layout. The 15 individual magnetic banner stands intelligently combine to form an imposing 20ft backwall, while two fan-shaped structures create eye-catching central display accents within the booth’s core. Furthermore, two right-angle displays anchor the corners, maximizing visibility from all angles. The counter serves as a perfect reception area or discussion space. Crucially, this modular nature means the components can be easily reconfigured to fit smaller booth sizes, such as 10×10 or 10×15, offering a scalable solution for your evolving exhibition needs.

Durability meets convenience with lightweight, yet robust aluminum frames paired with Flame-retardant Tension Fabric. The graphic panels feature crisp, professional imagery thanks to high-quality Dye Sublimation printing, ensuring they won’t fade or deform even after repeated use. The included LED lights boast adjustable color temperatures—Cool White, Warm White, or Customized settings—allowing you to quickly change the ambiance to match any theme.

Artwork:
Preferred artwork in .pdf, .eps, or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) – Vector format
If file is in .Jpeg or .gif file, art needs to be minimum of 300dpi at 1:10 scale (1in = 10in) for a 3’x5’ flag to guarantee a clear image.
We will try and match colors as close as possible. For specific colors, PMS (Pantone) solid coated colors are required. If PMS solid coated colors are not supplied in writing, or in the artwork, we cannot be held responsible for color matches once the item is approved by the customer and manufactured. We will do our best to convert and color match CMYK to PMS if required. CMYK colors do not always print exact on Pantone specific printers. Example: Blues will have somewhat Purple tones, etc. Therefore, send artwork in Pantone, (PMS), when possible.

Outline fonts or include font files in email. Double sided printing is two sides printed and sewn back to back. With items like flags we sew a liner between.
With our digital process, the ink actually becomes part of the material, and is sealed in.

If your art is not acceptable for printing, we have the availability to recreate the art for a minimal charge. (These are situations where the artwork is, for example, in jpeg format and low resolution. Therefore, is very pixelated when enlarged for printing.) When you pay to have your art redrawn into a vector format, the new art becomes your property.
All orders are custom! Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Normal production time for custom is approximately 2 business days, after approval of emailed layout…Large orders could take 10-15 business days.
